Overview:

The Project Management Body of Knowledge – or PMBOK Guide for short – is a set of guidelines and best practices put together by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It is also the focus of the most widely recognized project management certification: the Project Management Professional credential. This course is part two of a four part series meant to provide you with a thorough understanding of the PMBOK Guide and complete preparation for the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam and the Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) exam. PMBOK Part 2 provides a detailed overview of the first three Knowledge Areas of the PMBOK Guide: Project Integration, Project Scope, and Project Time.
